He was married to Anne (Annie) Leonore HEALEY (daughter of Robert Blandford HEALEY and Dorothy Edna DUNKERLEY) on 14 Oct 2002 in Mt Mellum, Queensland. Anne (Annie) Leonore HEALEY was born on 10 Nov 1940 in Sydney.

He was married to Brenda (Bee) Margaret FORTESCUE (daughter of Hugh FORTESCUE and Ada Dorothy WADDINGTON) on 1 Mar 1958 in Trinity Church, Southchurch, Southend-on-sea, Essex. Brenda (Bee) Margaret FORTESCUE ⁽⁶⁾ was born on 14 Sep 1932 in 28 Castleton Rd, Southend-on-Sea, Essex. She died on 19 Jun 2000 in Southampton General Hospital. DONALD EDGE and Brenda (Bee) Margaret FORTESCUE had the following children:
